What is dry hire versus wet hire?
Wet hire is all in, covering fuel up to Elstree prices. Whereas dry hire excludes the
cost of fuel so must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had when taken out.
Dry hire is most suitable for extended touring or foreign trips.
